COORPAROO POOL & POOL HOUSE 

Challenging design considerations to this new pool and pool house entertaining area at this Southside Brisbane home, included privacy from neighbours, town planning constraints and the existing residences building form. In order to meet the design brief, we promoted the design of a modern flat roof form, housing an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area while offering a connection to the exiting residence and new pool. Integrating the landscaping further promoted a connection to the outdoors and offers enhanced privacy to the streetscape and surrounding neighbours.
