Our clients were seeking to build a new contemporary home in keeping with the local built environment. Offering a generous living arrangement, along with a self-contained flat, the home accommodates a family of 4 and regular interstate visitors. With a clear focus to the canal waterway and Stradbroke Island beyond the home is further connected to the water and sub-tropical environment via water features that wrap around the ground floor of the home. A unique feature of the home is the golfing green located in the rear garden, our client enjoys golf and designed the green for entertainment with friends along with a sand bunker for more challenging putting.
