RENOVATION
Located in the bayside suburb of Wynnum this wonderfully preserved Queenslander is a great example of our building history in Queensland. The home however was only a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a sleepout. Our clients were seeking a modest renovation that allowed the home to connect to the rear garden and promoted outdoor living. Our design focused on adding value through incorporating functional bedrooms and space planning improvements. The home has been transformed into a functional 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large functional outdoor deck. We adopted the less is more approach to this design, and as a result have focused on our clients’ needs are rather than aiming to meet current design trends of bigger is better.
