Working alongside Duayne Pearce from Dpearce Constructions was a rewarding experience.  While we collaborate with Duayne regularly, Duayne was, not only our client, but also the Builder of these wonderful Town Homes.  While reviewing the surrounding area it became clear that local developers in Scarborough were focusing on density, or in simple terms, small cramped unit developments.  We would have no such design leave our office!  Our design focused on introducing three individual Town Homes.  Each Town Home was designed to allow maximum liveability with functional spaces that could be furnished well and lived in, we also introduced texture and screening to offer depth and contrast to the materials.  The result is a development that offers a street address with a sense of belonging, ownership and identity.
